Species information
DescriptionLike B.vincentina but to 2m tall and leaves up to 21cm long. Largest wing of capsule to 17mm long.
InterestIn flora, described as endemic to Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique. However, even though the specimen from Grenada is without flowers, the large highly asymmetric leaves seem very likely to be this species.

Notes50cm fleshy herb, terrestrial in forest shade. Leaves taste pleasant, of Oxalic acid.
