Description
Small tree to 8m. Leaf blades 5-15cm long, elliptic or ovate, glabrous, apex acute, notched and mucronate. Fruit green to red brown, 5-12mm, shiny, with pointed tip.

Notes
Small shrubby tree to 5m ht. Fls White, visited by humming birds. Fruits bright orange-red. Very common in disturbed dry coastal woodland and thickets. (RHS colour code: Leaf upper =139A, below=138B)
