Location
Rd from Tivoli to Lake Antoine, just past the turnoff to Rivers Rum Distillery.

Notes
Small roadside tree to 6m ht. Outer bark very rough, flaky and vertically fissured. Slash white, brittle fibrous, no smell. Twigs rough, covered in lenticels. Leaves papery; upper surface - midrib yellow, channeled; lower surface - all venation visible. Flowers cream. Fruits green unripe, turning reddish maroon when ripe. Opening when dried to reveal three bright orange-red fleshy seeds, the exocarp strongly reflexed when open. Locally common, apparently cultivated as a hedge or fenceline tree at edge of forest.
