Location
Tamale - Bolgatanga Rd. near Diare, about 20km from Tamale. Open woodland close the white Volta river.

Notes
Small tree; about 1.5 -2m tall. Bark smooth, yellowish. Slash slight light brown with streaks. Flowers white turning golden yellow. Fruit, oblong, hard and woody.
