Location
Tamale - Bolgatanga Rd. near Diare, about 20km from Tamale. Open woodland close the White Volta river.

Notes
Small tree, low branching, about 2 - 3m tall. Bark fissured with cracks. Slash reddish and fibrous. Fruit dry, dehiscent pods.
