Location(Bridge over White Volta towards Kumasi from Tamale). Thicket vegetation along the banks of the White Volta.
NotesTree, 4 - 5m tall and about 20cm dbh. Stem barl skightly smooth. Slash reddish and fibrous with milky sticky latex. Fruit globose, fleshy, many seeded . Young leaves, terminal buds and fruits covered with white dense hairs. Undersurface of older leaves rough like sand paper.
