DescriptionLf blades ovate, 3-12 x 1.5-6cm, slightly asymmetric, apex varied; stipules 3-5mm; flowers with stalks 5-15mm in short infls, apeparing with new leaves.; 15-24 stamens; fruits 3-4cm diam., becoming dark purple, splitting to 3 or 4; seeds with orange aril.
