LocationOn rim of crater lake along path to Mount Qua Qua.
NotesTree 8 m tall, multi-stemmed from base. BARK: semi-smooth with patches of white lenticellate lumps, conspicuous horizontal loops 8 cm apart. SLASH: soft, brittle, fibrous, outer layer red, inner layer rings of dark and pale orange. LEAVES: US waxy, midrib slightly prominant; LS midrib and secs prominant, tertiaries darker green. (RHS colour code: Leaf upper =147A, below=146B)
