Description
Tree to 10m; Leaves rough, 8-20cm long, base rounded or cordate; apex varied; . Calyx orange, tubular, up to 2.5cm long; Corolla scarlet. Fruios 5-8 lobed, pointed 2-4cm, white, with succulent white calyx around.

An ornamental with cheerful red-orange flowers.
