Description
Plabts 50cm -3cm tall. Bracts deep red in dense infls 4-7cm long, 3-5cm wide.. Flowers white, with yellow patches.

Road to and just south of Prospect. Wooded vegetation with Coccoloba coronata, Andira inermis, Lonchocarpus violaceus (abnudant) , Erythroxylum havanense, Manilkara bidentata, Piper, Flemingia, Cecropia, Albizia (Samanea) saman, mangoes, Spondias mombin.

Corolla white.
