Location
Tanteen area, the type locality for Lonchocarpus broadwayi, now sports grounds, buildings, hedges and polluted streams, but bordering onto ministry complex which used to be the botanic garden.

Notes
Rachis winged; long cauliflorous pods c 30-40cm x 1cm. Corolla green, green young twigs turning white. Regenerating happily on bank of rank thicket vegetation opposite old botanic gardens.
