DescriptionTreelet to 5m; branches often in whorls; leaves clustered rounded or with thick or notched tip, leathery, rolled over at margin; with fine dots on surface.
InterestJacquinia - honour of Nicolaus Joseph von Jacquin (1727-1817), Austrian botanist of Dutch origin, who traveled extensively in the Caribbean as a young man and published illustrated folio volumes when a prof. At Vienna.
